The development is outstanding in every way. The design is modern, sleek, and very well thought out, with excellent facilities that are maintained to the highest standard. Building management is professional, responsive, and always on hand to help with any queries.

Literally cannot find one fault. Everything works, everything is well maintained and orderly. No corners cut. Good vibe and atmosphere. The facilities are dreamy, from gym to pool to rooftop and co-working space, and the FOH team in particular are all angels.

Blackhorse mills is amazing! We've been living here for 4 years and we really love this place. The FOH is always spot on, always available and happy to fix things if needed. Services are great, the gym is well equipped and the pool is lovely. There a lot of area that you can enjoy with your friends and the terrace during warm days is beautiful.

Facilities are great! We have everything we need and could easily not leave most days. Tennis courts/ swimming pool/ yoga and Pilates studio/ wetlands for walks.

A great development with lots of facilities including outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts and communal spaces. Perfect for having mates round and it’s nice to have a different space to hang out outside of your flat. The view from the rooftop is amazing, you can see all of London.

I think the facilities and building management are excellent. The facilities are outstanding and clean and well-managed and any interactions with staff have been good. The design of the flat is good and it’s nice that you can amend it to your choice.

The apartments here are all done to a high spec and are laid out really well. We have free access to the gym and outdoor heated pool which is so worth the price. The building is very pet friendly, with a low additional monthly cost per pet & we have access to a play pen and further surrounding grass for the dogs to play safely.
